Greetings! I have an Acer 5570Z laptop running XP Pro with a Realtek High-Def sound card.
This appears to be installed and working properly except when going into Sounds and Audio Devices in control panel,all the import settings are greyed out.
I have updated the latest codecs from Realtek without any success.
Acer support is not much help & i’m hoping maybe someone has dealt with the same problem.
