I presume a mixed NT/WIN98-5 enviroment. The NT Resource disk has an excellant utility that will write an AT batch file for for your needed shutdown, restart, backup. If I can locate, I will email you.

What are the errors? I would think it somewhat drastic to reboot every machine unless you are in a small environment. What if someone is working late? If you have open file problems or lock I would check into some open file options like st.bernards.
