reboot w2000 server

I have a w2000 server I want it to automatically reboot eveynight at 2 a.m. How can I do that?? Not real happy with 3rd party software solutions

There is a utility from microsoft called shutdown.exe. It was originally in the resource kits. You add this to your Scheduled Tasks with a -r after it and that will do the trick. You can download it from http://www.budja.com/shutdown/. I have this on a lot of my client's server's and it works great.
