Can you boot into Safe Mode? If so, is it stable, or does it also BSOD?

You know, this could be spyware/virus, but normally, I've always seen BDODs happing like this due to a driver problem.
This is an XP box, right?
Then try booting into Safe Mode (you said Safe Mode is OK, and in Safe Mode very few drivers load) and do a System Restore to before the problem started.

Safe Mode, no problems. I have even disabled everything in startup using MSCONFIG. Still does it.

If you have ruled out virus/spyware/adware...etc. then it might be a driver/hardware issue. While in safe mode check device manager and make sure you dont have some "ghosted" devices. If you see duplicates or more, try removing all that you see and reinstall(make sure you have drivers to reinstall with). It could be the hardware itself going bad or may be bad already. If reloading drivers doesnt help, try swapping video card, sound card, NIC, to see if it could be that.

Typical trouble shooting...strip PC down to bare essentials such as the Video, memory, CPU, hard drive, mouse and keyboard. Take other non essentials out or disable them in BIOS if they are embedded to the motherboard.

Do you get any BIOS beeps when starting it? As fast as it is rebooting either the motherboard has sustained damage or your powersupply is/has gone bad.

Disable Restart on Error (F8, same as Safe Mode) and see if there is an error message displayed. If so, it should give you, and us, a clue as to what is causing problem.
