When I warm or cold reboot I loose my settings to IE 5.0 and sound and other items. My WINDOWS 95 opens with the splash screen as if it was the 1st time I opened it as well as the MS Office applications. If I import an old copy of my registry, most of my settings are returned (i.e. sound, ms shortcut bar) but IE has to be reset. Where can I find a switch that casues “PERSONAL SETTINGS” to be set or not?
