I purchased a thinkpad T43 off eBay. It has Windows 2000 installed. Windows starts and a login is required. I tried changing bios to start from the CD drive and installed my windows XP (legal) disc. But no matter what I do it keeps starting with windows 2000 asking for the userid/pwd. How can I get passed this in order to erase harddrive and install Windows XP?
