Receing two mails from specific user

Dear friends,
A user John is receiving multiple copies of mails in outlook 2000 in E2k Environment from a specific user called Harry. Where as John is getting single copy of mail from other users. Kindly suggest the remedy what action has to be taken to resolve this problem on Harry’s PC as well as on John’s PC.
