We have just moved an machine running Back Office Server with Exchange Server 5.5 SP3 into an existing Windows NT network. The workstations are Windows 98. There is a firewall on the network. The ISP has changed, and there is another company that ishosting the domain name (dns) and I have checked with them and made sure that the MX record points to the external IP of the firewall and the SMTP and POP ports are properly mapped to the private IP of the server. For some reason none of the clientscan receive mail, although they can send mail just fine.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
