Hi,
When a Work Item triggered in SAP ECC, user is receiving multiple emials in his MS-Outlook inbox.
Checked in SAP that it shows the transmission happened only once, but the mail has gone 7 times.
Appreciate if you provide the solution on where the problem exists.
