In the company I work for, we have standard signatures which include specific colors, fonts, and sizes. The signatures throughout the company are set to use the same sig for outgoing and replys, and they’re set to use html formatting. Occasionally though on some employees computers, the company signature comes out in whatever font, color and size the rest of the message is in.
I hope I’m making sense with this, but I think the problem is there’s a setting to accept HTML sigs when receiving a reply.
Anyone have any ideas?
