off and on problem of recognising the firmware by pc with windows Xp pro or home version os crops up. The same piece of hardware viz. a ipod.iriver/etc if plugged inot usb of another pc, the problem is not noticed. What could be the reason for such behaviour of the OS. Krishnamurthi
