Recommend duplicate file finding software

Anybody got recommendations on software to locate duplicate files? I’m looking for something capable of handling a corporate Windows 2000 server with a few million files on it. Most of what I’m after are .JPGs, but other file types may be involved. Freeware is preferred simply because I won’t have to wait on the Purchasing department to process the paperwork for a licensed software purchase.
