Windows 2003 Inside Out

Windows Server 2003 Inside Out by R Stanek from Microsoft Press. Do a search for it on Amazon.

It's a great book, and walks you through the setup and configuration of your server. Group Policy is well covered in it.

I have a similar sized user base as you and it's a good reference book.

I would recommend to you that you get a test computer, user group and user setup for group policy testing first so you dont get any nasty surprises.
