How can I copy a .wav file to a dictation machine

With the correct audio lead plug one end into the sound out line of the computer and the other into the sound in on the Dictaphone, press record on the Dictaphone and then start the .wav file playing on the computer.

Depending on the connections you may have to make up a audio lead to suit.

That would be the best way of transferring the file across but you could always use the Mic on the Dictaphone and place it in front of one of the speakers and play the file while you are recording but that way you would pickup any background noise.
