RECOVERING DATA

dears,
i've westerndigital HDD with 250GB and it's SATA it partioned as C,D,E,F ... c=10GB , D=30GB, E=97GB and F=97GB. when i was useing the program (Paragon partion saver) under windows with boot cd i used the optinon defragment in this program any way when i reached to 80% somehow my computer restarted and when i get entered windows it never open this partion and showed me massege said ( invalid enters ) i used many programs to solve this problem like partion magic and western data life guard and they ddin't work..there's noway except formating and i did..i need to recover my data again when i used recovering software like recover4all and easyrecovery and many software they didn't work .. i see the problem in the table of this partion and in the enteries how could i recover my data again...
NOTE.
i never overwrite in this partion till now and it formated NTFS

Recover MY Files

Try this software called Recover MY Files
I have used it before and it works great. Even if your partitions are gone, it will find the data. Only downfall is it will not save the old filenames. So you will have to go through manually and look at each file it finds. It works though.
