I have a problem. Files on a physical disk (E), seperate to the operating system (C), were encrypted and the usual recovery agents set up. Windows 2k was reinstalled on the C drive and the E drive was imported through Disk management snap in. I cannot now access the files, even though the user name and password are the same as when the files were encrypted. I guess that this is due to the unique identifier of each username. The question is, is it at all possible to recover the files? I would appreciate any comments
