recovery console administrator password

can someone make use with the recovery console administrator password, if he can get it?

and if so those this can be done from remote,
or only localy

I guess that depends on what you really want to accomplish. If you could be a little more clear on what exactly you're trying to do it would be helpful.

Are you looking for a way to restrict users from accessing the Recovery Console even if they know the Administrator password or are you looking to allow them access without it? If so, there's no way to do so that I'm aware of. The whole point of it is that the local Administrator is able to repair certain damage from within it.

I'm unaware of any way to access the Recovery Console remotely; my understanding is the NIC drivers aren't loaded in it; the whole point of it is to repair a non-booting PC.

If you're looking to allow access to the Recovery Console on XP without having to use the Administrator password then try the following KB article. I believe this works only on XP Professional.
