Hi,
Problem : Can not boot any more in Windows Nt terminal server after installing symantec antivirusclient.
It boot?s , I can ping the machine from another remote machine, till a blue screen with stop 0x0000001e savrt.sys pops up.
I am trying to follow the instruction of this artickle http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;293314.
(although using windows 2003 recovery console).
I am curently at the recovery console but for some reason I can not execute the command disksave. (c:\>a:\disksave) ?the command is not recognized.?
Using listsvc returns blank.
If I try the disable command, I receive the following:
The sysetm registry does not appear to have an active controlset key, the systemresgistry may be damaged.
This system is software mirrored.
As soon as I move from the c: to another drive I can not return to the c: drive.
