I recently ran into a proble, where a manufacturer’s dedicated version of Vista home Premium to a Laptop created a corrupt Hard Drive. I needed to remove the partitions the software had created and had to go back to the startup floppy I made for Windows 98 in order to access fdisk. Is there a way to create a CD with the recovery console programs on it, and thus not have to use the Windows CD?
