I took my computer to be restored because my operating system was corrupted. I thought my online backup saved the appropriate doc and settings folders but it didn’t. HP told me there is no way to recover. I don’t believe that. I downloaded VirtualLab software and was able to find some old photos but I don’t know exactly what selection to make to run the correct recovery to locate business documents. Can anyone help me because I don’t understand what a partition recovery is.
