Recovery of deleted data from angry former coworker

I have a coworker that recently waked off the job and before leaving
deleted ALL files, email, etc. off of the computer. The office runs Server
03 active directory with very limited privileges for normal users. All
machines run XP Pro. What would be the simplest way to restore the
deleted files? And yes, the recycle bin has been obliterated as well.
