Recovery partition

By black_4journey ·
Hi all, I just got a HP g60-119em notebook. The hard drive is split in 2 with the C: drive and a recovery drive. I would like to make the recovery drive bigger. If I use none destructive partition manager like ?easeus partition manager?, will the HP recovery still work ok?

While that should be OK

There are no Guarantees involved here.

Also you will not be able to add anything to the recovery partition that gets installed when you use it. Are you aware of that?

If you use this space to backup your Data to it's not overly safe as when the HDD fails you'll loose your backup as well as the main drive partition.

Use the lot if you do this

If you back up your data, and you create a set of Recovery disks before deleting the partition, you can restore the PC later.
