I am running a Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Domain and the users have roaming profiles. All of the users are fine, but for two. (yes the busiest two) In their "My Documents" every file and folder has this odd square "recycling" type symbol on it. The users have ownership of every file and folder and the parent folder as well. They can not move or delete files (ok no data is lost, but. . .), but can copy files as needed. No, permissions are inherited. Yes, the users have full control, NTFS and share. I am at wits end. Thanks in advance.

Recycling type symbol? Is it the symbol to signify "offline files" is enabled on these files/folders? From memory, if you want to disable it right click the folder and and go to Offline Files. That may be a clue.
