Shane,

The most likely cause of this kind of color shift is that the electron guns in the CRT of your monitor are beginning to fail.
You can easily confirm this by swapping monitors.
This is a normal ageing failure for any CRT. I have also seen solder connections fail inside the monitor that cause the same symptom.
You can wait for the monitor to fail completely, or replace it when the problem gets too annoying.

Alternately, it could be problems with your video cable or card.

Check to make sure that the video cable is firmly seated to the connector on the video card, and the lock screws are tight.
Also check for kinks or frays in the cable. If you find a kinked or frayed area in the cable, see if flexing the cable there affects the problem.
Replacing most video cables requires soldering.

It is also possible that your video card has worked part way out of it's slot.
To check this, just remove and re-insert your video card. Make sure that the card is fully seated into the connector on both ends.

Could just be that the monitor needs degaussed. Take it to a local dealer (e.g. Best Buy or some such), and they'll look at it and tell you if it's worth fixing for about $20.
