Redesign of Network to cut costs

I manage a small company <200 users. we currently use frame connections and I have been asked to consider a redesign that will cut costs. 1- central site T1 to internet, T1 pipe to 2 smaller 'Core sites' 10-20 users ~$700 per 13 smaller remote sites 1-5 users 128k frame connection ~ $200 per Firewall, email, applications servers(direct connect and term server) and internet access thru main site.Win2k / win2k3 servers -xp workstations any suggestions???
