redirecting citrix hosted app to use client side outlook

i have a scenario im trying to work round and im gertting to banging head on wall stage…

i have a citrix box providing access to our company CRM package. this is for remote sites that need the stability of citrix as the CRM package suffers drop outs fromt he smallest of packet loss.

the system works great but one of the features of the CRM package is the ability to send out emails from its database directly and this does not work. when the user hits the send button the CRM package tries to open outlook on the server not the client machine.

is there a way to tell the citrix session to use the outlook resources on the client machine?
