Redirecting My Documents to Zip drive

We have some stand-alone workstations that for security reasons users are not allowed to save files to. We do use Group Policy to control the systems however. Has anyone found a way to setup accounts so that My Documents point to the Zip drive without generating error messages? This is the only place we want users to save files.

I have set it manually, but if the user tries to access the My Documents folder without putting in a disk, they get an error saying unable to locate My Documents folder instead of being prompted to insert a disk.

I do not recommend redirecting folders to removable media. Only direct it to a specific folder on the PC or a networked shared folder.

We normally secure the C: drive for non-writing to and use a second partition for writing files onto and users can use Removable media if they wish...
