Reducing jpg size under Outlook Express

Hi there,

This is probably simple to resolve but I have looked everywhere and can`t find where.
I send a lot of images by e-mail and for some reason Outlook Express doesn’t ask me anymore if I want to reduce the file size or not. I find this a wonderful feature and can`t seem to get it back. Any tips would be great.

Thanks a million.
