Hello,
Was hoping if someone could please mention the easiest way to re-format an external hard disk currently using the NTFS file system to FAT32. (It seems to be much easier to re-format internal, rather than external, drives, for some reason.)
Also can this be done from within Windows XP (since it supports both file systems), and/or without erasing existing data? Thanks
