Don't need to reformat in another machine

You should be able to just boot with your windows CD, and you should be able to get the reformat option there.

Reset Password

Can you log in with another account. If you can log in with an admin account, you could reset the password.

(Right-click on My Computer icon. Click manage. Expand Local Users and Groups. Expand Users. Right-click on account with forgotten password and click Set Password. You can then log out and log back in using the account and the new password.)
