i have come across an old latitude cpx j for a customer it was installed with a copy of windows xp. the customer wanted a fresh copy of xp installed but his internal cd rom doesn’t work so that’s another hurdle i have to jump it tells me when i get into the formatting stage that i cant delete the partition because it contains files required for installation so i can not even begin the process. could anyone help me with my situation it would be greatly appreciated
