Reg Hack for Force Start Menu Logoff

Does anyone know of a reg hack that will force the start menu logoff option under Windows NT 4.0.
I have seen this on some systems but have been unable to find the reg key.
Any help would be greatful.

Eisable Logoff button:
Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer Note: change from System to Explorer
Name: NoLogoff
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 0 to enable
