A small company I consult with had a full-time network administrator running an Exchange 5.5 server. Permissions were set so that only he could create new folders in the root public folder. When he left, his account was removed.
Now his replacement has found he can’t create new folders, change permissions on existing folders or delete folders. The service account also lacks the ability to make these changes.
How can we regain these permissions? Should the properties icon be available forthe public folders object?
