whenever I restart my XP Pro or Windows 98 computers the date format changes back to the USA format and I have to go into Control Panel and change them back to dd/mm/yyyy. I don’t live in the USA and consequently don’t like their format. How can I stop Windows form changing the format. This has only begun to happen recent;y. Is this a MSN joke?
