Our organization has been rolling out W2K Pro for over a year now and we have not been able to solve a problem with setting the default locale to Australia. It appears to set fine when logged in as administrator but defaults back to US when a user profile is set up. The machines are Dells and loaded with W2K SP3. Microsoft say it is a known problem but it is driving me nuts having to reset the Locale for each user. Any hints

well this is just 2 cents. what about exporting a correctly configured registry snippet and having it import into each users registry via logon script? don't kill me, just thinking out loud...

Had crossed my mind. I have been trying out setting the registry using Scriptlogic. Has worked on some machines, but still has a few bugs to iron out. Thanks for the 2 cents
