I have a couple of laptops connected to a 3Com Office Connect 56K Lan Modem. I am dialing into my Win NT 4.0 Server running RAS. My RAS hands a specific pool of IP addresses. How do I register my laptops with WINS? RAS hands out only 1 address for the connection from the Office Connect.
The problem is one of the laptops will register with the ip address handed out by RAS and the other laptop registers with the ip address handed out to it by the Office Connect.
