Am running a Stand-alone Windows XP Pro. and 1> my problem is that me itself being an Administrator can’t Use the Run As.. command and so cant access the Registry…
2> Even my button under IE>Tools>Options> Homepage section has all three buttons greyed-out.
3> My Task Manager too isn’t accessible.
Can sum1 give me a solutions.., i tried browsing the net for a particular solutions but no luck..
