Some program is trying to register a DLL that does not exist. This could be the result of a virus or other failed application.

      To resolve this:
1.) Go to Start => Run
2.) type in Regedit and click OK.
3.) In the rgistry browse to:
      HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Micrososft\Windows\Current Version\Run …& …\Run Once
4.) Delete any entry that shows it is trying to run Regsvr32.

In Windows XP you can also…
1.) Go to Start => Run
      2.) Type MS Config
3.) Turn off anything under the startup tab that shows RegSvr32
