Regulate user’s browser functionality remotely.

Use Case:
1. User logs into website XYZ.
2. As soon as the user logs into the site, all other tabs and navigation capability is disabled.
3. This feature is enabled by XYZ website server and not on the host machine.
4. As soon as user logs out of ABC website, browser is back to regular & complete functionality.
Is the above scenario possible? Are there software solutions currently existing that can make it happen?
