reinstalling recovery cd XP on a vista preinstalled sony vaio c2z/B

hello, pls i need to reinstall a recovery cdwith XP os on my sony vaio c2z/b laptop which was preinstalled with a VISTA os and which i’ve formatted. i’ll appreciate a step by step approach at loading it. thanks
