reinstalling windows vista

I got a labtop with vista installed, and currently its a bit screwed up and i need to reinstall windows. when i purchased the labtop it didn't come with a restore dvd but it had a secondary hdd labeled recovery. the question is how do i format hdd and access the secondary (recovery)hdd to reinstall windows fresh?

There was a printed booklet that came with the NB and this will explain how to use the Recovery Partition.

If you didn't bother to save this Booklet you can download the Users Manual from your NB Makers Web Site.
