Rejecting Emails in Exchange 5.5

By Benyo ·
Mu users are receiving mail from foreign 'companies' that we do not wish to receive. Is there anyway, other than editing the registry, of rejecting mail from these sources? I am running Exchange 5.5, SP4.

Go to your Exchange Manager, Connections, IMS, then the Delivery Restrictions tab. Enter the domains, you want to restrict. Exchange will tell you if you have to restert the IMS service.

A possibly better answer would lie in the Message Filtering box under the Connections tab. You can select to just delete them from the Turf folder or not if you want to inspect the email first.
