I’m a Release Manager for a large healthcare organization that repackages software for centralized distribution.
We use an outdated workflow tool that was custom-created for us nearly 10 years ago. I’m trying to evaluate replacement products and I’m at a loss of where to search.
We are currently already evaluating Macrovision’s Flexnet AdminStudio Workflow Manager, and I think it’s an awesome product. The problem is that the price might be a deal-breaker, so I’m looking for similar products. I’ve searched the web using keywords “project management software” “workflow software” “workflow tool” and a few other variations, and feel like there’s a ‘better’ term for what I’m looking for.

Web-based tool that clients can initiate requests to us and upload documentation.
Tool that has built-in noficiation capability
Workflow of repackaging process can be tracked and managed
Performance metrics and volume trends can be reported
Documentation and history of request activities can be stored.
SLAs can be managed and priority order can be changed/managed as needed
Any assistance that can be sent my way will be greatly appreciated. My head hurts.
