Background: Looking through my mail logs, there are no indications of mail being received for a particular user from a particular domain. However, other users were receiving email from said domain.
My position: We never received it, email has been flowing uninterupted into our systems for 1200+ users without problems. The problem is not with my systems.
User’s position: Internet email is 100% reliable. I’m incompentant because he never recieved some email message from a particular domain.
I’m looking for information (preferrably web links) that discuss the reliability of email on the Internet.
