Reminders not working in Office 2002

Our office uses Terminal Servers and a couple of months ago we upgraded to XP. Adjusting Macro settings and turining off auto archiving and Microsoft editing. Several users were not getting their reminder notices from the Calander. With some research seeing we do not have sound on the Terminal Server Client machines turning off the play sound turned the reminders back on. Until two weeks ago. Myself and another coworker are not recieving reminders again. If I go in my calander and check all the settings and close out of Outlook and log back on the pastdue reminders will popup. I can’t seem to find any help with this on Microsoft Technet.
