Remote Access

I’ve been thinking about this for weeks but could not seem to find the solution. Is it possible, beside the standard sharing of the c:\ drive, to access someone’s c: drive remotely if you are an administrator on that PC running Win 2000? If possible, how do you go about it. A solution to this problem will make my job much easier. Please help.
