Remote Access Problem

I’m having an intermittent problem with my remote users signing on the system.When they dial in the Remote Access Server answers the call and then the screen comes up verifying Userid and Password. Then I get an error screen saying NO DOMAIN CONTROLLER AVAILABLE TO VERIFY PASSWORD. I’m running a NT 4.0 SERVER with Service Pack-6 Loaded. Any HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
