Remote admin for apache 1.3.26 (win32)

I am running Apache webserver v1.3.26 on Windows 2000. When I ran Apache on Linux, i used “Webmin” to remotely administer the server simply through a web browser. Is there a way to do this with Windows 2000 running a WIN32 Apache?
