I’m looking for a legit Remote administration tool for remote assistance. There are a lot out there like VNC logmein.com etc, but I’m looking for a program that has the following.
1.) Has a 1 file installer I can send to people (installs as a server).
2.) Notifies the user of what the program is for, before allowing install (user then its OK or cancel)
3.) Use’s reverse connection technology.
4.) Has a list of what clients are online at any given time on my end.
5.) Has the ability to initiate a remote desktop.
6.) File transfers to client PC.
I’m trying to find a program where I can manage some of the users I support so I don’t have to try and get them to open up a certain file every time, especially if they have a virus or something that will not allow them to open a web browser etc. Also if they goto their homes or are at a hotel behind a router, I need the program to connect to me in order to bypass the router.
