Here we go guys,
we’re using 2 systems both windows XP, The client that is sending the file is a Dell laptop, The Server is a VM. The VM settings have been gone through extensivly, it has plenty of free space (6 gigs on C, 13 gigs on D) and it has 1.5 gigs of memory.
When we click the “Send file ” option on remote assistance, we are attempting to send a small file (1-8kbs) from the lap top(client) to VM (Server). When we attempt to send it file it gives us this error “Out of memory” thats all it says. The box that it pops up is a windows internet explorer box (but small like an error message box). The kicker is , we can send larger files 10-15-20kbs fine. No error at all.
Any Ideas guys?
